Payability for “Service Providers ”
What is Payability?
Payability is exclusive to our Planability users offering the first “Same-Day” payments solution built specifically for NDIS Service Providers.
Currently, Service Providers can wait a week or two for their invoices to be validated, approved and paid. These delays are a barrier to entry for many Service Providers to enter the NDIS, resulting in less choice for participants.
Our vision for NDIS solutions is to improve every interaction for stakeholders, with a specific aim to reduce the complexities of NDIS claims, and to improve the flow and speed of payments across the scheme.
The Credability Systems “Real-Time” claims process allows invoices to be paid as soon as they are approved.
How Payability works:
- Leverages Planability’s invoice ingestion and “real-time” NDIS claims approval
- Service Provider’s invoices are electronically scanned and appear as priority invoices for the Plan Manager to review and submit
- Service Providers are paid promptly upon NDIS claim approval, via the Osko network, less a small payment processing fee.
- Allows the Service Providers to be paid faster than the market, as well as providing assurance to the participant of prompt payment for services provided
