Provider Payments
Provider Payments delivers same day invoice payments to NDIS Service Providers who participate in the Planability/Payability software platform operated by Credability Systems.
Provider Payments Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Credability Systems business and delivers same day payments to Service Providers for invoices generated as a result of NDIS services provided to Plan Managed Participants on the NDIS system. Real-time claims processed through the Planability platform allows Provider Payments to process these invoices on the same day they are entered into the Planability platform.
Operating as an integrated component in the Credability Systems Plan Managed eocsystem, the Payability platform facilitates the payment of Service Provider invoices, where possible, utilising OSKO payments, directly into the Service Provider’s bank account on the same day that the invoice is processed by the Plan Manager.

Currently, service providers wait 3-7 days, on average, for plan managers to approve and pay their invoices. The real-time claims process in Planability, coupled with our payment facility, means these transactions are verified, claimed, and can be paid as soon as they are approved- resulting in our “Same-Day Payments” capability for service providers!
